Accessibility Statement

Improving Digital Accessibility

At Foot Locker, we recognize the importance of providing websites and apps that are accessible and usable. We are committed to improving the accessibility of the products and content available on our websites and apps, with the aim of supporting access for a broad range of users.

We seek to provide clear and understandable information about product functionality and accessibility features. Our content is designed to support common assistive technologies and to be accessible to a broad range of users. In developing our digital platforms, we aim to align with established accessibility principles of being perceivable, operable, understandable and robust.

In Australia, this commitment is informed by obligations under the Disability Discrimination Act 1992 (Cth) and guidance issued by the Australian Human Rights Commission. While we strive to meet accepted accessibility standards, some content may not yet fully conform in all areas.

Website Accessibility and Inclusive Content

Foot Locker aims to align its websites with WCAG 2.2 Level AA guidelines. Key accessibility features that our teams aim to incorporate include:

  • Zoom capability up to 200%
  • Keyboard navigation
  • Screen reader compatibility

Our teams will also be guided by inclusive design principles, with focuses on navigation, colour contrast, input forms and error messaging. We will also integrate usability studies and feedback from individuals with disabilities to ensure continuous improvement. We do not control and are not responsible for the accessibility of third‑party platforms or content.

Ongoing Updates and Reporting

As accessibility is an ongoing process, we periodically conduct accessibility reviews, which may include a combination of internal assessments and third‑party testing using automated and manual testing methods. We also maintain processes to identify accessibility issues across our digital platforms and provide users with a way to report accessibility‑related feedback.

Employee Training and Development

We aim to build accessibility awareness into the culture of our digital teams and may provide accessibility‑related training or guidance to support this objective.

Preparation of Statement

This statement was prepared on 23rd April, 2026 following a review of selected representative web pages using a combination of manual and automated testing.
