When do I need to order by to get my items in time for Christmas?
For the best chance of receiving your items in time for Christmas, orders must be placed before Wednesday 13th December.
FREE STANDARD DELIVERY ORDERS $150+
Free standard delivery is available on orders $150 AUD or more in one transaction for delivery within Australia. Standard delivery rates will continue to apply to any orders less than $150 AUD.
POSTAGE AND DELIVERY (for online orders, store to store orders and store to door orders)
Goods will be delivered on business days. No deliveries will be made on weekends or public holidays.
A signature is required upon delivery. If no one is available to sign for the parcel, a notice will be left at your address notifying you of pick-up arrangements at your nearest post office.
We deliver by Australia Post.
Goods can be sent to PO box and parcel locker.Standard Delivery 5 – 7 business days

Postage $10.00 AUD
Pending credit card authorisation, verification and availability of stock, delivery will take up to 5 – 7 business days (excluding remote areas which may take up to 18 business days).
AUSTRALIAN ISLANDS STANDARD DELIVERY
Postage $10.00 AUD
Pending credit card authorisation, verification and availability of stock, delivery will take 5 – 18 business days.
NEW ZEALAND AND INTERNATIONAL
At this stage, we will not be sending online orders internationally from www.footlocker.com.au.
We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. Strikes, floods etc.). All colours of products are reproduced as accurately as possible, however a slight variation may occur in colour and size specifications. Colours may appear slightly different via this website due to computer picture resolution and individual monitor settings. Offers are available until stocks sell out.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT:
- To cancel any order, at which time we will immediately notify this action by e-mail or phone, using the details provided. We will refund all monies paid using the original method received.
- That all orders are subject to availability of stock
- To take reasonable steps to verify that the order and credit details are bona fide
TRACK MY ORDER
Once your order has been picked up by Australia Post, you will receive an email with an order tracking number and link to Australia Posts Track and Trace service. It is on this site you can follow the progress of your order. It may take a few days for tracking information to appear on the Track and Trace website, however after a few days if there is still no tracking information, contact Customer Service on 1800 953 330 Monday – Friday 9am – 8pm AEST and Saturday – Sunday 10am – 8.30pm AEST
