    Placing an Order Online

    Placing an order at Foot Locker Australia is safe and easy, meaning you can enjoy the Foot Locker retail experience 24/7!

    Select the products you wish to purchase from our extensive collection of shoes, clothing and accessories. You can search the site by gender and category and further refine by brand, size and price. Alternatively, if you already know what you are looking for, you can just enter the product description or name in the "Search" bar and you will be directed to the appropriate product page. From the product page, select the size and quantity of the item you wish to purchase and add it to your cart using the dedicated button.

    You may now continue to shop or proceed with your check-out by clicking on the Shopping bag icon at the top right corner of the page.

    If you haven’t reached our free delivery threshold of $150 AUD, then make sure to check our range of accessories to help you reach this threshold.

    When you are ready to complete your order, enter the cart to review your order details. The first time you shop with us, you will be asked to register an account to store your details: these details are strictly confidential and will only be used to process your order. The next time you place an order, you will be ready to shop in just a few clicks! Alternatively, you can always checkout as a guest.

    At the cart, you will also be able to insert a discount code, if you have one. Once you have completed the check-out process, an Order Confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. You will also be able to view your order in the “My Account” section (but only if you set up an account).

    As soon as we receive your payment (which may take a few minutes or several hours depending on your bank) we will send a payment confirmation email and start preparing your order. Once we hand over your package to our courier, Australia Post, you will receive an order sent email with the tracking number embedded. You will also be able to track your order from the “My Account” section (but only if you set up an account).
